At Swift Champion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any included components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items returned without proof of purchase.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If the return is the result of our error, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
