Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations within the United States and select international destinations (if applicable at checkout).
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Swift Champion is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Swift Champion is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund if applicable.
